The MS Olympic Games Project

You will find 11 new documents in Google Docs, inside the shared folder of Integrated Technology. Each file will be used by the team members to enter their contributions for the day. We have started the Olympic Games Project and using this document you will report to me what you did in class. You can give me as much detail as possible in order to help you complete the assignment. Tell me what each one of you has done and how it all connects to the team project.

MS Olympic Games Project:

You have all joined a team of up to four members. Each one of you is responsible for creating a SPRITE with adequate SCRIPTS for the representation of an olympic game performance. You will have to designate in your group people that will be responsible for obtaining sounds, images (with proper attribution - if you don't remember, please make sure that we discuss this next class). Someone will be in charge of putting everything together in one single project. So you will have to export your sprite files and share it with that person. I would like all the groups to have a Team Representative that will be in charge of doing this task. This person will also report back to me any issues in the team. You will find that all the documents have a line at the top for this person's name. Please make sure that you can provide the name for the first class next week.

Use all the things you have learned so far in Scratch to create a cool SPRITE with interesting functionality. Use the samples in Lessons 1 through 5 to get some programming ideas.

Finally, don't forget to publish your ANIMATION 2 in the Scratch Website. I've already seen some of you that have not done it yet.

Send me an email if you think that you need further information. If there is anything that needs to be reviewed, let me know as soon as possible.
